question about weight

i am trying to lose 12 kilos in about the space off 2 months is this realistic???
i wana try by losing 1 kilo a week or 2 kilos a week but i am not sure if this is good or not or if my weight will pile bk on (confused)

You want to lose a total of 24 lbs.
Now usually it's 1-2 lbs a week that will start to come off.

It will take atleast 4-6 weeks to start showing some results.
You are not giving yourself enough time here.
But One thing I can promise you is that if you start a work out and eat
a low calorie diet you will lose weight.
And it won't come back if you keep eating healthy and do some excercise.

I think u should just get to it...forget about how long and how much, that just makes it all too confusing...and u tend to lose direction somewhere in b/w as if u dont get to your expectation then u lose hope and motivation!

but trust me....even a 5 kgs diff will change a whole lot...
as SAJAL suggested...a low cal diet and an excersize routine...even if you start by just 4 days a week, 30 min...will do wonders....

just think about losing it...not how much and by when....

yp i am doing that now hehe it is so hard though cos idont eat after 6 so bythe time i go to sleep i am like hungry so i just drink like milk

well in terms of kilos 1 kilo=2 pounds

i spoke to a nurse about this after i posted here and she goes that is average and not to lose more then this

Try Ispaghol Husk with milk...it fills the stomach so you don't feel hungry...plus its good...as it gives you enough fibre...I did it...and it helped!
