How do you actually "cook" it.. like, leave it on low heat or high heat, cover the dish or leave it uncovered etc? i stil not able to get that part right.......
when cooking it on the stove u can keep it on medium to medium high flame ....i cook it uncovered...and just a couple of minutes on both sides...(depending on the thickness of the fish piece).....and if u will use a non stick frying pan with a tiny bit of oil it should not stick....:)
oh and if u r frying up besan coated fish,it might take a bit longer and require more oil...me thinks so....:)
