Unfortunately I missed sahoor today but managed to wake up before fajr. If I took some medicine and made the intention of fasting will it be valid?

if you ate after saHoor time [almost fajr azaan time] then you can NOT fast but one must eat minimum in honour of the sanctity of ramadhan...it would have been helpful if you gave us the time you took your medication.
It would appear that I took the medication after the fajr time..so the fast won't be valid. I'll have to make up later on inshallah
