omg, i got the manual one by medela- talk about torture device!! holy moly. the one my hospital rents that i have now is the medela symphony. its fantastic.

Yeah, I liked the Symphony too!

I eventually bought the Medela Pump in Style. Pricey but good. And get the pumping top so that your hands are free!!!
