dear farishta, my baby is 3 month old and i have struggled with breastfeeding ever since i think this is the most nerve wrecking job i have ever done… neways i have done extensive research…i hope it could be some help to you…
fenugreek helps atleast it did fer me …but u have to take a lot …till u start smelling it in ur sweat…dats when the proper level has reached in ur blood and it gets effective
oatmeal,lots of water,milk, and mothers milk tea…dats wat i have tried n i think it all helps a bit…i dunt abt pumping because i never get even half a ounce with it…n may be u should see some videos reagarding proper latching techniques…best of luck

How often do you have to take fenugreek seeds and how much at one time? I have methi seeds, would that work you think? I can’t find a halal fenugreek seed tablet so I had some seeds, swallowed it with water.
