It depends on the quantity of food and suited to the taste of friends and family.
I love teez mirch masala to the point of burning my tongue , personally , but will not complain or refuse to eat if it is milder than what I like.
For most meat Salans for
which I use 2 lbs (pounds) or approx 1 kg I use 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp laal Mirch, no to very little haldi. I do add 4 to 5 small chillies or 2 big jalepaneo peppers.
Note some brands of salt are milder than others and same with laal Mirch. Depends on particular brand.

Then I suppose you chose the perfect nickname for yourself!;)
will depend on the amount, but if I am cooking a whole chicken I will use
Salt...one leveled teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder...a lil more than 1/4th of a teaspoon but less than half
haldi....a pinch.or the tip of the teaspoon
Green Chillies...I do not use them on daily basis,to avoid the extra spice which my 2 yo might not like.
inspiron, normally just two cup of keema or 7-10 pieces of chicken with bones
But i like to make a thick gravy as well coz husband likes it that way … Gotta reduce the chilli powder … I intentionally use haldi a bit more coz its got great antibiotic qualities
CB...I think it also depends how spicy your chillies are.My mom always uses 1 teaspoon of red chillies and half tsp of salt in a daily dish she cooks.
I used to use 1 teaspoon of chillies in a regular sized dish I cooked, but I have reduced them a lot (mainly because of my daughter) and now I sweat like anything whenever I eat desi food cooked by anyone else.It is always way too spicy for me...:(
1/2 teaspoon or less red chilli powder
A pinch of haldi
1 hari mirch
N little salt
I don't like too spicy in normal day to day cooking.
In parties its an exception 'cuz some stuff is tastier when spicier even though I get a runny nose 'cuz of it :(
