I humbly disagree if the skills can be developed... either you have the skill or you do not...
Grooming is one thing... If you get to know yourself more, get circumstances or perhaps a better guidance, you can develop skills but if you aint have it, you aint have it...
It's the same case as some people are good at one subject but not as good as others in another... sometimes, even if they try they can not match others....
Chaman maiN deedaawar pedaa hotaa hai, pedaa kiyaa naheeN jaataa ...
But I think we are deviating from the points asked at the very end of the first post.
