QU`RAN Translations

Can anyone point me to a good Quranic interpretation?

There are about three which I have read, and they do differ in various themes. Does anyone know of an accurate one?
If so can you please write down the author or website.

Many Thanks

If u can get hold of it then read,

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Maulana Abu-al-ala-maudoodi.

Thanks Najim

Tafheemul Koran is almost a word to word reply against the Ahmadi Commentry, Tafseer e kabeer. So once you read Tafheemul Koran, a need would arise to read Tafseer e Kabeer. You asked for an ''accurate'' interpretation. Both the books have their own large followings, and although they differ completely in Philosophy and comprehension, the followers of both claim their books to be ''accurate''.

Dear designer, a vast number of interpretations have been written, all posing the beliefs of the writers. There is hardly a neutral interpretation in the world. So you have to read a few of them to decide what point of view you have to stick to. If someone knew for sure what ''accurate'' is, why would there be seventy three sects in Islam?

In English, I have found the translation by Arthur J. Arberry to be very precise and neutral, but it has its own set of errors. It is not available on the internet but is readily available in print.

I for once started essays in interpretation and translation, and althuogh I claim to be neutral and extremely accurate, my interpretations are heavily against the orthodox views in modern Islam. So its never one Interpretation that is accurate. You have to go through some to find your way out!
