Did you guys catch it today?
I really like it, it was a great play and entertaining. Though, the same ghasi piti story but the dialougues and performences were a breath of fresh air.
Sara Chuhdary was as cute as in Behlawa. Acted good. Shamil Khan did good as well, wasn’t at his usual overacting (ahem INMP). Iman Ali, I had heard lot about her that she’s Abid Ali daughter, was a model before, now rumors of her love affair with Shamil Khan and so much other things. But first time saw her on screen. Her performence was more of western type and reminded me alot of Joey (Katie Holmes) of Dawson’s Creek and that i’m saying in positive way. But due her makeup and wardrobe seemed more like a Latino.
Anways, it was only one episode but very enjoyable. Hope something like this gets started as a soap opera. But this proves one thing that audience can forgive the ghisi piti storyline as long as you don’t throw in the ghisa pita cheesy dialogues and over acting.
