With leftover keema, I like to make keema puff pastries. Or samosas.

Also, along with keema pulao, there's also keema biryani. Make keema as usual, only go heavier on the spices and masala (thrown in an extra tomato or half of an onion). Layer with rice and on each layer of keema, sprinkle generously with cilantro, mint, hari mirchay, and thinly sliced tomatoes and browned onions. Do dum as you would with any biryani.
