A pack of lean-mean 750gm Qeema is sitting in my freezer and I am thinking of Qeema Biryani with watery mouth from the morning but problem is I don’t have a recipe to start with

½ kg qeema lein us main 1 chopped onion+ 1 golden fried onion+ 1- 1 ½ t.s ginger garlic paste+1/4 cup yougart+ red chilli 1 t.s +dhania zeera powder 2 t.s +garam masala 1 t.s+ jaifal jawitri powder 1 t.s +green chillies + fresh podina + badam pista paste 2 tb.s+ khashkhash (pommy seeds) paste 2 tb.s + bhuna howa besan ¼ cup
Mix them well and process it
And than make balls (koftas) of it

Pan main thora sa pani lein is main fried onion+ sliced ginger+ bari illaichi+green illaichi+ sabat dhania zeera 1-2 t.s + jaifal jawitri ½ t.s + red chilli+ koftey + salt dalein
Achi terah hilaien
Or pir pan ko heat se utar ker us main
podiney k patey+ green chilli+ ½ cup yogart+ salt mix kerein
Than ½ kg boiled rice lain un per thora sa dry food colour dalein or mix kerein
Phir in rice ko kofton per dal dein oil +kewra+ zafran (saffron) on the top

I just made some and its soooo easy, yet yummmmmyy..
1.5 lb keema
1/3 of Shan sindhi biryani packet masala
5 tbsp yogurt
1 med tomato
1 small-med onion
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1.5 cups rice
pinch of zeera plus salt
Cilantro
Green Chilli
Fry Onion
Add--
Shan Masala (one third)
Garlic paste
Tomato (cut into small peices)
Yogurt
Keema
Cook on med heat until water evaporates, sprinkle with cilantro and chili
Boil water in another pot and when boiling add zeera/salt
Once boiled, add soaked rice
Let boil again until rice almost soft
Drain rice and spread over teh prepared keema
Sprinkle 1/4cup water, 1tbsp oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice
Cover pot fully and put it on top of a pan (paratha type pan) and turn to full heat
Let it steam heat for 10 minutes or until a lot of vapour shows when you check n remove the top.
