Fazl sacrificing principles for political gains: Qazi
Jamaat-i-Islami Amir Qazi Hussain Ahmad has accused JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman of being concerned more about political gains than principles. In his new book which is to be launched soon, Qazi Hussain says: “Maulana Fazlur Rehman will agree to launch a movement only if he considers it will give him political mileage, though we (the Jamaat) think that we should stand by principles despite difficulties.” The book, Continuation of Strategy, comprises speeches he made in the party’s central consultative body meetings between 1987 and 2007. Qazi Hussain, however, does not think that Maulana Fazl has gone to the extent of striking some clandestine deal with the government. “I don’t think that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has some understanding with the government,” he said while talking to Jamaat members.
Qazi Hussain says in the book that the collective thinking of the JUI is to move forward in association with the army ruler and the PML-Q and for that purpose they want to make themselves acceptable.
yaar BB is corrupt and will run away anytime she thinks her position is threatened. Qazi and Maulana saab will not run. They are clean and will provide Islamic governance to people of Pakistan.
Qazi is now threatening to launch a resistance movement against BB if she goes ahead with a deal with Commander-in-Chief President Pervez Musharraf. While he is doing that I expect Maulana Fazlur Rehman will jump into bed with BB again just like he did in the 1990's, then Qazi will have his work cut out for him. :)

You really think so. These political mullahs are hypocrites. They blame all ills on America and then send their children to the States for higher education.
