Re: qaza namaz

You can pray qaza any time you want. You can pray it before Asar or after Asar or you can pray it after Magrib or you can pray it after Isha or you can pray the next day or after 2 days or after 3 days or after a week.

But its good the sooner you pray cuz than 1. you won’t forget it 2. you never know “kub bulawa a jai” so make sure you have completed all your qaza prayers before you face Allah :swt:.

Re: qaza namaz

thank u so much teaser…

Re: qaza namaz

You can pray qada salat only after salats who have sunnats after fardh, so no qada after like asar.

Re: qaza namaz

there are two opinions on that matter among scholars... The majority that I have heard agree that only a qadhaa of a FARDH salah can be offered after praying As'r.... otherwise, no Nafil, sunnah, or Sajdha-e-Tilaawah can be done after praying As'r

Re: qaza namaz

Thanks, I will ask again, what is the Hanafi view. =)

Re: qaza namaz

can u guys plz confirm what are namaz-e-qaza timings (since there are so many opinions) and whether u r suppose to read the full namaz for qaza or only farz/sunat.

thanks

Re: qaza namaz

I think qaza is only for farz (except may be sunnah for fajr).

There are no timings for qaza namaaz, because the only reason you are offering the qaza namaaz is that you missed offering the namaaz at its right time in the first place. Sooner the better, I'd say.

Re: qaza namaz

The qadha of sunnah of faj'r can only be done before the Dhour (Zohur) of the same day. Once the Nisf un Nahaar (ZawaaL) reaches, only Fardh are to be offered as qadha...

Besides the fardh, Witr (a waajib salah of the night that is prayed after praying isha till Tahajjud) is also to be offered as qadha if missed

Wallaho Alam.
