Qatar puts visa curbs on U.S., UK citizens

@Dubaiwali

I was thinking it is odd in the sense that Qatar is not like Saudia or UAE. It needs people to visit the country. Weird putting this curb, it doesn’t affect US or UK citizens, it just directs traffic to other cities in the ME region.

what do u mean it is not like saudi or uae?
it has low population and large oil reserves
doing better than dubai right now, and can do fine without tourism
