Nice question, I don't think rocking or swaying in happiness to a nasheed is something that is endorsed nor can it be something that we can legislate. It sort of comes naturally when people enjoy themselves, if you notice the learned among the first video are swaying the least and in the second video I don't think anybody is swaying.
I can remember a story not sure about reference but it is to do with a simple man at the time of Musa (AS) who was praising Allah saying that he will rub the milk of his best cow on the Face of Allah and embrace Allah and such things and Musa (AS) heard him, he told him to stop saying such things but later Musa (AS) was rebuked by Allah that he had stopped one of His servants from adoring Him. Musa (AS) returned to the man and told him to continue with what he was doing.
I personally don't rock and sway but I can't get myself to tell these people who love the Prophet (SAW) not to do what they do so passionately. There are limits in Islam ... inshaAllah they are not being transgressed above.

Bro do you have a reference for the Moses (Alaih Salaam) story?
