Re: Qaseedah Burdah
I picked up Hamza Yusuf's translation of the Burda over the holidays at the Islamic conference in Toronto. It's absolutely beautiful. The CDs that came with it were performed by Moroccons, Fez performers. I don't understand it cause it's all in Arabic. The history behind this poem is quite interesting though.
