yes! omg there is a serious stomach virus going around in my community ugh! the recipe that works best is bring a cup of water to boil, add 2-3 elachi's and if you have any green tea or peshawari qawa patti just a pinch of that. it really works wonders. its optional but you could add just a few seeds (literally) of saunf NOT TOO MANY bc boiled saunf gets really strong.

Water 1.5 cups
Fresh mint leaves - 5 to 7
Aniseed (saunf) - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 small
Cardamom - 2
Ajwain - 1/8th tsp..
Bring everything to boil until water reduces to 1 cup. Add a bit of salt and sugar if you like.

sweetu - I just realised what I wrote in my first post! ha ha! and thank you for that tip! but i already tried it!! bewarned guppies USMANIA restaurant, noshera! everyone in my family and the two families we took with us were all feeling sick or vomitting afterwards!! had the worst 2 days! lol! in total 14 of us were suffering from food poisoning!!
