Its also common among Kalash People of Pakistan. They also put dead bodies in graveyards for vultures and someone told me that after vultures enjoyed flesh, someone come and make pieces of bones making that easy for vultures to have that too.

oh wow! that’s interesting…so many nations have so many different ways of disposing off dead bodies…in Vietnam, i believe, they tuck the body in the cravices of mountains and they come to see their loved ones on occasions.
