After 15 years of inactivity…and the 30’s looming…i have decided to be a bit more active. To this end i have quite smoking…(4 months now)..and become more active… like going for walks..and some cricket here and there.
Only thing is that the feet hurt after i play some cricket.?
Can anyone suggest some sort of exercise?
Also can anyone suggest like some foods and exercise that burn off fatty fat off fast…

ok jokes aside,change in your food intake depends on your location.
For instance if i suggest you to eat a plate of dahi bhalley for lunch, but you may not find it easily.
Salads and stuff is too girly. I like salad but dont like only salad as a meal.
Vegetarian diet is healthy or light is somewhat a myth.
For instance when i eat daal chawal, I cant eat in moderation, so my tummy start hurting and then i need to do some physical activity 
likewise there is samosa, vegetarian but so heavy on stomach
