What is the best way to get to NYC from Newark airport? I saw on theire website that they have two bus services but is possible to take subway instead?

Ok except for car, using transit. I have heard one can take the subway but I can find the info. So if one wants to take the subway is it possible to get it from the airport or is there another close station one can get the subway?

Take a car.
There is no direct way.
First you take subway to somewhere in Queens. Then switch trains and take the one to Penn Station. From Penn Station you take the LOCAL train to Newark Airport stop.
From Newark Air Stop you take the Air train to the correct terminal.
One hour ride in Taxi vs 2hours-4hours by train.

AQ, I am used to LGA and yes I don't like it at all but I don't care as far as I am getting a good fare...lol

we used to go to Penn station .. and from there take the NJ transit all the way to Newark airport.. easiest way i know. will take u abt an hr... depends where u r going from in ny. we used to go from queens by the A train if i remember correctly.
