Depends on my mood.
If I am feeling nice : I will just smile and will not utter a single word. To reply is to accept their existance and to honour their words - which I will not :)

you can say, we will manage doing what people have done, in fact other species of animals have done from the beginning of time. tell them, worry not, they shall become responsible and likeable acquaintances to the unborn, if they only learnt respecting the parents' privacy of the unborn.
