In Bollywood movies, it's become second nature for all the "heroes" to flaunt their muscles. In one movie (Tere Naam?) Salman Khan actually took his top off before thrashing someone, just to bare his muscles. And recently in Salaam Namaste Saif Ali Khan was also baring his muscles. I think this attitude has been picked up by young Asian men, and they too want to look like famous actors with good muscle definition and height. However, some of them really go over the top and big themselves up all the time.

It really depends on the girl. A friend of mine insists on being with a tall and chubby guy cause that’s just what she prefers. I don’t know anybody who wants someone from those muscle magazines or someone who looks like a WWF wrestler. That isn’t too attractive. Lean muscles and a toned build is nice and strength is always a plus! You don’t need to become Hulk Hogan though.

do girls prefer muscular men? if so, how much muscle? i’m sure you lot don’t like meatheads or guys with freakish lumps of flesh. but do u prefer men with good muscle tone and definition and lots of strength?

to me looks don’t matter at all, muscles or not muscles i gotta be attracted to the person, but in general guys with huge muscles or lumps look freaky.

I wouldn’t stress out about looks too much. A good-looking guy is not appealing when he’s got

1. an attitude problem
2. an ego the size of manhattan
3. a problem with women being able to think on their own…
4. doesn’t know the meaning of respect, nor is able to practice the art of respect

etc etc etc. The list can go on.

not everyone’s the same PCG, i know this really hot guy, who’s also a model but he’s very down to earth and such a sweetheart.

I remember when I was a typical scrawny looking desi, very few girls used to talk to me, and now since I started working out, I get alot more attention.

Mainly from non-desi girls, but also from some desi girls.

^ur rite. i’ll admit muscle and well toned body will turn heads…desi heads included. nothing is appealing about a lanky and malnourished looking body.

Umair, muscles are nice, but not when you take steroids or obsess crazily, because then one very important muscle will shrink But yeah, the ideal look is lean muscles, not the no-neck look.. :yukh:

It can’t PREVENT you from having a heart attack. It can decrease the liklihood of how much damage you would get from a heart attack, since a well-maintained body means that you’re heart health is pretty good. As opposed to someone who doesn’t exercise, like me.

Guys think they look more manly if they're really bulked up but they look gay and vain. Vanity is the last thing a woman wants to see in her man. I think a fit body with masculine muscle tone is attractive.

You dn't need a nice body to get gurls. Its all about the tongue and confidence. Basically , What/How you say it? Ever seen ugly guys with gorgous gurls? I see it ALL the time. Happens too often. I think I will write a book and start giving lessons to the "young and restless" :)

Eventhough your explanation can be true in some cases, but the initial attraction between a male and female start with the physical attributes of the both genders. Then the personality and charateristics come into question.
