do girls prefer muscular men? if so, how much muscle? i’m sure you lot don’t like meatheads or guys with freakish lumps of flesh. but do u prefer men with good muscle tone and definition and lots of strength?

Yes. Don't overdo it though and it shouldn't look like you've been on anabolic steriods with bulging muscle mass. That's just nasty.

I agree with Sehar. A nicely toned, healthy looking guy is so much more attractive than a bulked-up muscle man. Many guys strive for "6-pack abs", SO unnecessary!

It really depends on the girl. A friend of mine insists on being with a tall and chubby guy cause that's just what she prefers. I don't know anybody who wants someone from those muscle magazines or someone who looks like a WWF wrestler. That isn't too attractive. Lean muscles and a toned build is nice and strength is always a plus! You don't need to become Hulk Hogan though.

I must say I appreciate well-toned muscles, esp if they have nice arms/biceps and a taut tummy, at the same time I like big chubby guys too, like Mehnaz’s friend, as long as they are tall, so I can feel safe and warm in their arms
