HI guys  thankyou for talking the time out to ask me questions I am honoured to be a guest

BBQ’s questions

***Inspiron, how much do you hate Shak and how much do you love me?

Alot :frowning: so much so I am attending a BBQ next weekend

***Tell us a bit about your research, just a few lines. And how was the overall experience?

My research was looking at what the british media says about testing for prostate cancer using the PSA test and what this means for patients.

The overall fantastic was brilliant i would say. I had finished 4 years of medschool and to be honest I really needed a break from it all! In the UK and im sure some other countries you are able to take a year out and complete a BSc in a year and do some research.

I learnt so much in this year, i learnt how to use my brain in a completely different way, i met lots of new people because I was away from the medical school which is like a small community, I learnt team working skills as I had to work as part of a large team.

I was also able to concentrate on myself more the initial 6 months of my research were pretty chilled out and so i worked on my body and mind and spent alot more time at home with my parents, i had a tough year before hand and this was my fresh start.

Due to all of the above I loved my year of research and im really grateful for the opportunity

***From your thread in AV, I’m assuming you’re nearly finished. So, what next? (Mr. Inspiron, perhaps? :faizy: )

hehe , well a Mr Inspiron sure thing If i meet the right guy.

Whats next in the short term is lots of sleeping resting and chilling and catching up with friends who i havent seen for ages, maybe a mini holiday.

In the long term- finish med school, do my finals and apply for jobs iA and hopefully pass my exams. I also want to try and make sure i keep up with everything i learnt during my research year.

In the long long long term- many holidays yayyyyyyyy

***The most important person in your life?

My Dad.

If I could be half the person my dad is i would be proud of myself. The grace with which my dad lives his life is amazing I also look upto to him alot because he came from nothing and is now mA a very successful man.

My dad has sacrificed alot for me and my brother and I could never thank him enough.

***Who do you turn to for venting or seeking advice?

***the lovely GS crew

I have some very close friends who i can turn to as well and my mummy.

I guess it depends whats its about.

Im a talker I have verbal diarrohea i just cant hold my issues in so I vent to alot of people and I also try and gain advice from all my friends, this can sometimes be great but sometimes be not so good as i have learnt that at times its best to keep personal stuff to yourself.

Niksiks questions

***I like your nick. Tell me what inspired you.

Its actually the name of a laptop haha! Totally uncreative. When making my account I just saw it written on my laptop and thought yeahhh thatll do hehe

***-What are your hobbies?

***Oh lots!

I love cooking thats hobby number 1. I find cooking extremely therapeutic and also it allows my creative juices to flow. I dont find cooking hard to be honest, the more complicated the recipe the more i enjoy it. I am an extremely competitive person and love to challenge myself and cooking allows me to do this too

As I mentioned above I am quite creative, all through high school i did alot of art and writing, on the occasion i like to sketch and draw a few of my stuff was put up in our old family home. I just dont get the time anymore.

Movies I am a movie buff, I particularly enjoy psychological thrillers and movies that make you think. I am also a big big fan of international and art house films and find them on the net and love to take time out alone and sit for an hour or too with a cup of tea.

I read alot too again i read mainly psychological thrillers but i also enjoy a good old girly read

Recently ive got into working out so that is a developing hobby of mine

Dems Questions

***1-What is the most important lesson you've learned so far about people management?

The most important lesson I have learnt so far is that being a good listener takes you a long way in the positive direction and also being open to other peoples ideas and views.

***2-What is your favourite item in your wardrobe? What's the story behind it?

This is a toughy

I would say a grey maxi dress I have. It is a beautiful silvery greay and made from material that looks like its liquid, it is completely covered has long sleeves but fites impeccably. I always get loads of compliments when i wear it another reason I love it is because I got it for half the price by accident!

I was on a lunch break and took a trip to have lunch and stopped off at this little boutique on the way. My friends birthday was coming up and i saw this dress and just had to have it. It was £120 on the price tag and i thought meh what the hell its a beautiful beautiful dress and it was down from 150. I tool the dress to the till and the girl was some spotty adolecent chewing gum and bored out her face and I dont know what she did but she only asked for 40. I didnt argue ( maybe i was morally incorrect here ) but i literally stuffed the money into her hand and ran out the shop.

The dress is georgeous and evergreen :)

***3-Children chasing one another at weddings, talking or laughing loudly around the stage - "aww cute?" or "SOMEone needs to grab ahold of that kid!"

Someone needs to grab that kid!

I really think at weddings there should a be a play area for kids or a clown or magician or 10 babysitters or something! It gives the parents a break and also stops the kids running around on stage which i find highly irritating!

***4-What quality of yours do you take the most pride in?

My ability to be honest with myself and the fact i can adapt and adjust quickly to all sorts of environments with all kinds of people.

***5-What do you wish to change or better in your personality?

I am too sensitive regarding some matters also I am a little bit naaive and I see the world through rose tinted glasses I need to toughen up and also accept the world isnt all flowers and faries.

6-What appeals to you first and foremost in someone new?

hmmmm someone who is non judgmental

7-If you were a hired assassin with a contract to do away with someone, how would you go about it? Weapon of choice, mode of action etc?

and

***8- Will you be able to make it to my wedding?? :D

***If i am in pakistan than iA yes :)
