does anyone know how to do that? My videos are not showing up on the first page, does anyone know how to put up proper tags to get your video more visible?

To add tags to an existing video,*visit your Video Manager, then click the*Edit*button below the video for which you'd like to add formatting tags.

I know how to put tags & how to edit. What I am asking is how to put "proper" tags in the video so it will show up on the first page in search results.

Copy tags from all the videos on first page :/
How many subscribers you have?
How much/many of you videos have 100% original content?

Jus tputting up tags wouldn't help your video to be on the first page. you need to spread the link on other pages (forums) which has higher page rank.

Tags will only help you if someone is actually looking for something while they search. Its a very broad field which is known as SEO. In general, you should put any word that you think is remotely related to the video you are uploading. If i am uploading a Fifa16 clip then my tags would be Fifa, EA, Fifa16, Fifa15, Fifa14, Fifa13, Fifa12 (and so on), PlayStation, PS4, Games, SportsGames, EAGames, Soccer, SoccerGame, (add some player names here, like Messi, Ronaldo etc) ... The permutations are unlimited
