When a respectable adult is constantly nagging you and is getting to you, how do you put your foot down and make them stop?
How do you make them realize that you are entitled to doing things your way and you will learn even if you make a mistake?

If someone is so stuborn about it, I wouldn't bother about it too much. I would just let them clearly know once and then I would just carry on with my life and ignore what they have to say each time they say it. I
