^ u really need to spend a little time at the daycare, talk to ppl abt it, check reviews etc...some are good n some not so, i worked at one when i was like 16, it was owned by two desi sisters... they were really evil, they would hit the kids...if they were bad (which of course isn't allowed)
i was too young to do anything but i knw another teacher comp. abt them to the services...they got in trouble but since nothing was on camera...nothing was done.
