Gham aur khushiyan hamain Khuda kae aur nazdeek ker daeti hain, hamain is baat ka yaqeen ho jata hai kae hamarae liyae jo rasta Khudawand kareem nae banaya hai, hamain sirif usi pae chalna hai aur ham apni merzi sae aik kadam idhar sae udhar nahin ker saktae.

yes janab that is me alright in the picture. i grew bored so i took a picture of me and put me on my desktop.

and the language is pashto language and the shayiri some of it is from others some of it is mine in pashto. here are the shairs.

O my Beloved; Prepare for martyrdom on the battlefield,
i will (spread) my shawl on your shrine

(people spread shawls of various things on shrines. lover is giving courage to beloved that you fight bravely & you won't die in vain & you won't die in dis honour for i will be there to give you honour on your grave.

Janan a time will come;
when both of us will go to the battlefield together

(both lovers will go to battlefield against society which do not accept them)

Upon the enemy positions that person attacks;
who is in love; or his beloved is waiting for him

(generally person attacking enemy position is on frontline and he is very brave to be so out in front and in most cases he dies young.)

my beloved has laid his head for his country;
i am preparing a coffin for him with my hair

(in loss of beloved, the janan is tearing apart hair and making coffin for his beloved from that hair)

my beloved don't turn back from war
in case people start with their taunts

(As it is considered very humiliating amongst pashtuns that a person runs away from a battlefield)
