Hi,

i need a travelsystem/pushchair for a toddler and newborn. i wish to put the carseat on it.

any makes and models you know about?

Just so you know, toddler carseats are not usually portable. Infant carseats (used for about the first year or year-and-a-half) are and those can usually be fastened to a stroller. You can get a full travel system, or you can get a “snap-n-go” for your carseat. Or if the stroller you like and the carseat you like are from different brands, often they sell adapters to allow you to place another brand’s carseat onto the stroller.

A lot of people don’t like travel systems as they tend to be bulky, but there’s such a variety out there these days, it’s worth going to a shop that specializes in all this stuff and trying all of them out.

Are you looking for a double stroller to put both toddler and infant in together?

If that is what you are looking for, check out the Britax B-Ready. It is a double stroller that can be used with an infant car seat and a regular stroller seat for a toddler. It’s about $700 in US. If money is not an issue, I really like the Bugaboo Donkey. It’s a side by side double stroller that can be used for both infants and toddlers together.

If you are on a budget, Graco makes affordable double travel systems. But they tend to be heavier and you need a big trunk for them.
