oooooooo i have this beautiful memory of cholays and puris for breakfast in karachi…anyone know how to make perfect pooris and some kick ass spicy cholay??

my mom makes really good puri. although now to become more efficient she will just fry flour tortilla and it actually looks just like a puri and also tastes good :).
she has also tried making puri with bisquick and it turned out good.

no, but please yaad matt karao. subah se kuch nahi khaya ghussay mein 
ab bhook se sar chakra raha hai. magar kon ja kar plate mein dalay khana. dont feel like. purrriiiiiiiiii

Haii Allah shweetdreamz saab/ma’am. i woke up at 5.30am to get ready to go to work. I just returned about two hours ago. and how much hard work is needed at job as another story. i really did not feel hungry through out the day since morning. did not take any breaks or anything. had headache until few minutes ago. now i feel sleepy. i think low bp. i’ll get off to go sleep if it didnt get better. reading puuuurrriii.. really i want to have some.. munh mein paani aa raha hai. tomorrow it’s friday. maybe i’ll order as breakfast cz i have an off. but no, i know id be sleeping until noon so no, wont be able to eat tomorrow.
