In sikhi, we have unisexual name like harpreet, prabhjot,sukhpreet,hardeep etc, only differentiated by either singh or kaur.
Yes there is a name Sindhiya,
No never heard pirbhaat.
In Hindi-Sanskrit, Sanhyaa, means evening :)

In Sindhi Sanjha is evening. I think Pathans also have unisexual name and that can't be differentiated because they use Khan suffix for both male and females :)

I can't say of pashtoon pathans, but Indian pathan name is distingushable by their first name itself, like all Rajput girls use Singh like boys do.

Ok they had this name ‘Pireen’ for boys in Sindhi. One of my cousin was called with this name and Sindhi songs are in abudance containing this word as its ‘Mehboob in Sindhi". Whenever a song was played containing this word ‘pireen’, my phuppi used to say ’ Muhunje putta jo matho ee khai waya aahin’
