In Sindhi Sanjha is evening. I think Pathans also have unisexual name and that can’t be differentiated because they use Khan suffix for both male and females

I can’t say of pashtoon pathans, but Indian pathan name is distingushable by their first name itself, like all Rajput girls use Singh like boys do.
