i have bought 2ice online. once from emarkaz, a very simple cotton suit very affordable $35-40 it was few years ago. then once from eshakti 2 shalwar suits and a sari, again a long time ago. emarkaz quality was very good for the price.
eshakti on the other hand, chor kay bachay !!!! bad sewing, quality 3rd rate and nothing like what the picture showed. never again

I think home based designers are the best way tio go. No online fraud. They are pretty genuine people.

I guess its a matter of trial and error ( and in that you loose money!) Because a home based retailor can disappear and all you had was a # or an email and now you can't find them!

yeah that's true but it worked out well for me cause she's been my sister's friend ever since we were in Pakistan but I would really like to help so I'll make sure you dont undergo bad experience like you did with other online boutiques. Are you looking to get something copied or want her to work with a particular color combination?

Hi, I just researching online ordering for furture use. My relatives are moving out of Pk every year someone new leaves so won't be going there as often. I am actually interested in getting some fusion outfits made, particularly western style evening gowns w/ desi elements. Since evening gowns are usally strapless here, it'd be nice to get a custom gown where you can get sleeves or a shrug etc....

Other than that, I want to get a few capri pant suits and have general ideas....

Hey wedding stuff is really pretty, so is this a freind of yours? I am looking for more casual dawat/fusion stlye clothing... just ordered from Ustav (v. good exp for sari) and Indusmart (we'll see how that goes)

She'll make casual clothes that isnt a problem. Indusmart is good Ive heard great reviews but the prices are high. My friend is in Pakistan she is pretty hard working and very creative she is in need for work as she has 3 small babies to take care of.

guys,ordering on line from india or china is a risk,
i myself once ordered from dmi india fashion,and i had the experience of my life,
from now on i will never ever order from india,i rather buy a ticket to india,thats cheaper than to pay a company who send you garbage at the same price as a ticket to india,guys,
maybe those company dont need customers with repeat orders,like other companies.
