soooo true shama...I had an experince with DMI india about 5 years ago...I had ordered a pure crepe suit, they sent me some cheap synthetic material suit you'd find on the sidewalk, which did not even resemble the one in the pic even color wise...upon complaining they merely said that it was close to the one in the pic.....how disgusting

I have had a really unpleasant experience with Hinab this time. I ordered some clothes for a wedding, the color was wrong, and the suit did not meet the spec that I requested. The second suit was due for an event on August 7, 09 but it turned up on the 11th of August. I have now contacted Hina on several occasions via email but have had very little response as I would like my money back for the suits as I did not wear them on the events a- because they were the wrong colour etc and b- the clothes turned up 6 days later than requested.
Needless do I need to say I was really disappointed with the level of service and lack of communication.
I have been using various designers over the years and am more than happy to recommend them to others as I really do not want someone elses special day to be ruined due thier clothes. Please message me should you need the names, thanks

She'll make casual clothes that isnt a problem. Indusmart is good Ive heard great reviews but the prices are high. My friend is in Pakistan she is pretty hard working and very creative she is in need for work as she has 3 small babies to take care of.

I just ordered a lengha style saree from utsavsarees.com and overall i am pleased with the quality, price and customer service.
a) Do the outfits actually look like the pics on the website?
yes, the outfit i ordered was a beautiful lengha style saree and was exactly as it was described and in the picture.
b) Can outfits be custom made well?
I provided measurements for my blouse and ...it fit well, no complaints, stitching was nice.
c) What's the overall delivery like and time scales?
I recieved my saree in less than a month. This was because they custum stitched my blouse (i have friends who recieved their items in less then two weeks)
The Utsav team was quick to respond to my e-mails and i saved a whole lot.

The first suit i ever ordered was from RX Malik ^^^ The suit itself wasn't bad especially for the price but don't expect it to look like the pic - their version is very much an inspiration rather than a replication. i think i was one of their first few orders so perhaps things have improved since... But i never did order again as i would rather know in advance to some degree what my outfit will look like and I know they aren't good at replicating but they don't have pics of their original work up either.
Service etc was good at the time, regular updates and the suit arrived on time.
