Purani Bandooqen, Purani Talwaren

Re: Purani Bandooqen, Purani Talwaren

Right to bear arms is popular among American (may be few states of America)… This Bandooq culture is also popular among Westerners…

Re: Purani Bandooqen, Purani Talwaren

The right to bear arms bit is part of the American Constitution and I believe it applies to all of the American states (actually, I'm not positive about the latter part, maybe an American guppy can clarify?)

The reason I find it odd that people find it usual is that Britain has a hunting culture and people are also keen on displaying antique shields, swords, and the like, so it isn't uncommon among the British.

The Bill of Rights Act, 1689 allowed for Protestant citizenry to “have Arms for their **Defence **suitable to their Conditions and as allowed by Law ,” and restricted the right of the English Crown to have a standing army or to interfere with Protestants’ right to bear arms “when Papists were both Armed and Imployed contrary to Law.” It also established that regulating the right to bear arms was one of the powers of Parliament and not of the monarch.[SUP][5]](Right to keep and bear arms - Wikipedia)[/SUP][SUP][6]](Right to keep and bear arms - Wikipedia)[/SUP]
Sir William Blackstone wrote in the eighteenth century about the right to have arms being auxiliary to the “natural right of resistance and self-preservation,” but subject to suitability and allowance by law.[SUP][7]](Right to keep and bear arms - Wikipedia)[/SUP]
In the broadest sense, “arms”](Weapon - Wikipedia) are any device used in order to inflict damage or harm to living beings, structures, or systems.[SUP]citation needed][/SUP] Use of these arms with regard to the right to keep and bear arms is predicated on the concepts of the right of self-defense, defence of property, and defense of state.[SUP]citation needed][/SUP]
Since the initial use of this term in the 1600s, armament technology has evolved and advanced.[SUP][8]](Right to keep and bear arms - Wikipedia)[/SUP] By the 17th century, firearm technology was a relatively new device for warfare or practical use such as hunting. Swords, spears, and other manual devices were more prevalent until the 18th century.[SUP][8]](Right to keep and bear arms - Wikipedia)[/SUP] Since the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries firearms have come to the forefront of this concept.[SUP][9]](Right to keep and bear arms - Wikipedia)
