Pereshaan.
Punjabi vocabulary is quite flexible and profoundly diverse. I am sure there are plenty of *phrases *to describe that you are pereshaan. However, the most commonly used word to simply describe the condition would pretty much be pereshaan.
Having said that, my Punjabi sucks (big time) and I shouldn’t really be advising anyone on this forum about this great lanuage.
