Yes sir. My understanding of scripts is as follows. Roman>Gurmukhi>Devanagari>Urdu(Nastaliq/Naksh)
All of them (not my Urdu sadly) are pretty good. I can read, write all of them (again, except my urdu sadly) pretty well.

As I learn more about Sindhi, it's quite similar to Punjabi! I heard someone speak Sindhi the other day and I understood maybe half of what they said.

@Ali bai My Dadu was from Rawalpindi, my Dadi from Jalandhar. They never said it, so I may have picked it up from friends or movies or something though. Never thought about that. You guys are from lyallpur?
Have family there. My family moved from Gurdaspur to Narowal (Sialkot) after partition.

Oh that's pretty neat. I love learning about such stories. So do you guys speak that kind of Punjabi in which they use "wa" to end sentences? Like
"gana wadiya wa"
