To make this thread less café-esque () we will discuss lists of punjabi words devided in categories.

Starting with:

**Animal names

**cow = gaa’n
cow calf = wachha (m) / wachhi (f)

buffalo = majh
buffalo calf = katta (m) / katti (f)

snake = sapp

dog = kutta
puppy = katoora

cat = billi
kitten = balungrha

horse = korhaa

sheep = paydh

goat = bakra / leyla

donkey = khota

bear = rich

pig = soor

frog = daddu

mouse = chuwa

crow = kaa’n

P.S. I: Most of the words are in masculine form
(masculine words in general end with -a and feminine with -i)

P.S. II: Please add more animal names or synonyms of already mentioned words

P.S III: Or make a new category

P.S. IV: I will add audio sound later, for better understanding of pronunciation

Most of the word are masculine because men=animals. Same same

Aye changi thread aye. Twaadi sab taan postan parhan tou baad main aye socheya ke mainoo vi is thread vich kush post karna chayeda. Punjabi boli mainu us punjabi dubbing di yaad kara diti. Ohi faislabaadi munde. Bade changi punjabi dubbing karde ne aye munde. Bande da haasa hi nikaal dende ne. Wadhiyaa bohat hi wadhiyaa.

Hunnay maulbi bulaa ke tera nikaah parhwaa dena ae.
Cafe di koi kurhi naal. Par cafe waleyan da koi patta ni honda. Murheya ne vi kurhian walay nick rakhay honde ne. Kirreh puthaa kam na ho jaye :s
