Hmm... what is the difference b/w punjabi samosay and non punjabi samosay? Is the differnce in the filling or the crust?

Memons are very expert in Samoas and United King of Karachi make the best of Samoas in Pakistan. Samosa is a "must" in memon weddings.

I think its the new In thing to call Aloo kay Samosay Punjabi Samosay in Pakistan.

I saw Maizbaan have boxes of Punjabi Samosas and couldnt help laughing.

My inlaws are memon and yeah, they LOVE samosas. Every Ramzan, my MIL makes about 7-8 dozens of samosas just for the 3 kids, and every dawat has to have dahi bharay and samosas. They know this lady who makes punjabi samosas and according to my mil, they are very yummy. The dough is the same but the aloo masala is different and more khatta/chatpata.
