Its strange to note that capital cities of four provinces of Pakistan don’t speak language of the province. The situation of Karachi is understandable ( though its a variation from historic record of Sindh where all people coming from outside adapted Sindhi language gradually including British officers), but the condition in Lahore is not supported by any logical reason.
