^pashtun tribal society is different frm baloch one. pashtun tribals dont have sardars and there is no one among them to keep them underdevelop. pashtun tribal backwardness is all bcoz of pakistan governament ignore them.
Question is>
Why FATA is backward compared to Peshawar?
The answer is that FATAns are more tribals and thus no sane businessman wants to go and setup factories there.
Or perhaps you think Pakistani government should have gone in by force and civilized the FATA area? because 60+ of "peaceful requests" have not worked.
