Go physically and look at the surrounding areas and condition of local population where oil and gas are extracted. You tell me how much federal government spend on the population of the area???

Skill Development: **35,000 students **will be given certificates by City and Guilds International, UK.Two MoUs were signed between the Punjab government and the City and Guilds International, UK for cooperation to promote technical education in the province.
Under the agreements,** 35,000 students** will be given certificates.** City and Guilds International and the British Council** would also offer cooperation in teachers’ training, establishment of Centre of Excellence, modernisation of syllabus and capacity-building of vocational institutes.
City and Guilds qualifications would be introduced in the fields of telecommunication, construction, quantity surveying, mechanical, electronics, electrical, automobile, refrigeration/air conditioning, machining and computer aided design in 24 Tevta polytechnic institutes
