Can anyone explain about the following ‘mitti ke khilonay’ used by children in Punjab:
‘Aale Bholay’, ‘Ghughghoo GhoRhay’, "Bajiyan’?
Also who knows about these children games of Punjab?
‘KeeRi kaata’, ‘Shah Shataapoo’?

I read about these in a book ‘Punjab ki aurat - Hayaat aur Saqaafat’.

Ghugho Goharay were made by Pakhi Vaas. I remember a horse with mud and sticks called ghugho ghaoray. 2nd they made a vehicle with mud and same sticks. 3rd Bhoonpo purely made by mud.
If I am not wrong Keeri Kata was actually Chewnti Bhanra and Shah Shataaapoo is Sitapoo.

The book said that ‘keeRi kata’ is laRkiyon ka game, whereas ‘Shah shi’tapoo’ is laRkon ka game.

For me, its the same thing. Maye rules are harder for sitapoo.

A boy/girl close the eyes and some other person pinch on her/his hand and then they ask Kiss key "Chewanti Kiss Ka thapar " Oh yes one person pinch other slap on the back side of head.

Is this what you refer to? It is called ‘gittay’ or 'geetay"

gittay = small stones (also your ankle bone).
no idea about kheeno/khanno. I wasn't allowed near girls :P

Every one should have some small pieces of bangles. We draw a circle then every one gave one or two pieces of bangles we throw them between circle. Now we press bangles one by one with the corner of the bangle which we had in hand and tried to take them out from the circle.
