I think division is probably the last Pakistan needs albeit it just on the provincial level. It certainly doesn’t send a good signal to say the Balochis or Kashmiri nationalists.

The KP and Baluchistan will be comfortable to live united with smaller provinces. Multan and Bahwalpur have traditional links with Baluchistan.
