Imran has taken a stand now because this is the first time his own party workers have been seriously injured (all urdu-speaking) and directly affected by MQM badmaashi. At times like this one has to speak out against such ghundagardi and say enough is enough.
Bhaijan, this is the problem Paksitanis have. Rather than standing up against tyranny in all forms or to stop it happening to anyone, they only stand up against it if they are directly affected by it.
Should people not be standing up for the wrong that has been done, no matter against whom it has been done rather than only because it has affected them directly?
Anyway, whatever the reason, at least there is a reason. I suppose one should be grateful for small mercies.
