2. Read baboo read! Liaqat ali khan was the first to institute quota system in Pakistan. Poor fella was trying to build his urdu speaking political base in Karachi by kicking out Punjabis and Sindhis from the very capital of Pakistan.

Ummm… Liaquat Ali Khan was as Punjabi as they come. His family was from Punjab and he himself was born there. The part of Punjab he was from was given to India and then split off into the new Haryana state.
