Look for telephone directory for a psychologist/psychiatrist. A good one. Don't be cheap. Its your mental health on the line. Tell him/her you have an uncontrollable urge to type a word 'Matoos'.
the psychiatrist will get you in right away. he/she may not charge you anything for this interesting weird case. Who know the psychiatrist may become famous treating you and publishing it. :-)
yes East Punjabis lost their lives and property but only those who migrated not the 'biggest' loss as you mentioned..
Besides, they were greatly welcomed by west punjabis and did not have to be called Muhajirs or be included in 2% qouta system.
