That's quite a bold statement in just two short sentences. You are basically broadcasting the view that sins take one out of the fold of Islam, a view founded by the early Khawarij sect. Can you cite a single scholar who agrees with you, that being gay automatically makes you a non-Muslim?

homosexuality is the biggest sin. its highly immoral.

whether homosexuality is highly immoral or not is debatable. but the biggest sin? thats stretching it a bit too much. consentual homosexuality is nothing compared to crimes like murder or rape.
the muslims knows the verdict for such behavior of homosexuality if caught i.e witness to the act then the punishment is death.
The death can be in several forms from the evidences i have read but end result being person will be killed:
Umar and Uthman (raa)
--------------------
They should be taken under the roof of a dilapidated building,
which should be pulled down on them.
Ali (raa)
---------
Criminals should be killed with sword and the dead bodies should
not be buried but burnt to ashes. Abu Bakr (raa) also agrees with
it.
Ibni Abbas (raa)
----------------
He has decreed that they should be thrown down headlong the top
of the highest building of the habitation and the stoned to
death.
Imam Shafii
-----------
Both the criminals involved in sodomy should be killed, whether
married or unmarried.
Shi'ibi, Zuhri, Malik, and Ahmed
--------------------------------
Stone to death.
Imam Abu Hanifah
----------------
Culprit should be punished in accordance with the circumstances
of the crime with an exemplary punishment.
If person commits homosexulaity in privacy at home then nothing state can do about it as there is no witnesses or the culprits will obviously not own up. But if done publicly like the behaviour in western socities where homosexuality is everywhere even on the billboards this will not be tolerated.
I have heard that the 3 sins Allah will not forgive are:
1) Shirk
2) Insulting the prophet and
3) Homosexuality
I can only relate what I have been taught, if being a poo-stabber is acceptable in (your brand) of Islam-I can not comment on it-as for my statement I will surely find some evidence to support it-insha allah.

Contradicted by the verse:
"Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most heinous indeed." (4:48)

My earlier post referred to it as a sin. But is it a sin that automatically takes someone out of the fold of Islam?
[quote] Can you prove it wrong?

Consider the hadith: "The onus of proof is on the claimant" (al-Bayhaqi) which means that whoever makes a positive claim must substantiate it. You've claimed that being gay - and by this i assume you mean every homosexual - makes you a non-Muslim so the onus is on you to prove it. It shouldn't be too difficult to quote at least one scholar who agrees with you.
