How many of you go all racer on your ride when there’s no traffic and cops around?

just when you think there are no cops around, you get a ticket by one !!
one time I got ticket for $350 .... I kept thinking how many things I could have bought for myself with that money

I do not over speed, not because of cop is there or not but because its not safe.
My life has more value and purpose for myself and for my family than the thrill of couple of minutes.

When in Pakistan you don't follow any traffic rules :D ..we enjoy the bumpy and fast drive almost every day. kind of sick of such reckless-ness. It's time now one shud put chains on rules.

I also dont not speed. If I may toot my own horn, my wife and I are very good in time management, so we are hardly in rush to reach somewhere as we give our selves extra 10-15 mins and start early. So there is never a need of speeding.

As Diva said the only worry we have over here is hitting a speed bump, or a pothole(crater is a better word).

Talking about a different kind of rush over here. Occasions similar to, when you leave home to get halwa puri, but start driving towards the highway(which is in the opposite direction), just to enjoy the empty roads Sunday morning has to offer.

I'm always tempted.......but don't because like sarad said cops are hiding everywhere.
Love the rush though............just found a place recently, it is a race track where you have to shell out 100 bucks but I heard it is one heck of a ride =)

I don't know of any legal racetracks over here in Karachi. If if there were such tracks, they wouldn't be of any use to me right now(no car). It was a one time thing when a friend and I took his brothers new(old) car and he let me drive it back. It was fast(by my standards, my standards are pretty low). As small hatch with a 1.5 honda vtec motor. Those Honda engines rev crazy high. By the time we got to the halwa puri place I was shaking with excitement(dangerous I guess).
PS: Better get some cheap piece of junk, so that you can thrash it on the racetrack without worrying

You don't use your own car though.....actually a trained professional drives, you are in the passenger seat :/

Yeah you are right. You have to go through a orientation type thing..........but once you are done with that you can drive by yourself.
The one where the professional drives you was another race track thing I was thinking about.

cops or no cops speeding is a NO NO!!.. when ur on road u dont only have to think about safety of ur life but other people too!! I learned it the hard way. im just gonna share the pics of my car after accident.
it was not only speeding but combo of other things too.. the thing is the faster u r, the less time u have to react to unusual situations!!
it was just my luck that I came out fine.. people get disabled and what nott!!
