What do you do when you’re so blazingly angry that you wanna either break something , punch someone or scream ?

If I get that angry it must be for a reason so yeah I’ll punch the cause of the anger or if it’s frustration then I’ll punch the nearest wall, cabinet, table… just about anything within thumping range. :faris:
But still someone will tell me Violence lacks strength where reason can prevail, to which I say Amen.

sometimes I sit in the car and scream as loud as I can....with the windows up of course!

Mostly when i get angry i cry but just the other day i told someone to **** off because she was getting on my nerves ....now i feel bad :(
